The 2025 Employee Feedback Survey launched last week, and we’re challenging every location to reach 100% participation. In 2023, 51.2% of employees completed the survey. This year, we’re aiming higher—and we need your help!

Here’s the deal:

If your location reaches 100% completion of the survey, the POD will throw your team a pizza party to celebrate!

What you need to do:

1. Remind your team that the survey is live 

2. Show them how to access it (hint: it’s in the Paycom app)

3. Encourage them to complete it right away

Once your location hits 100% participation, we’ll handle the rest—pizza included.
