At One Southern, one of our core values is simple but powerful: Caring. It’s reflected in the way our teams show up every day—not just for the work, but for each other.

With that in mind, the People Operations team is proud to introduce a new initiative:

Southern Circle of Support

This initiative was created in direct response to feedback from many of you. We’ve heard a common desire—to better support teammates, stay informed about meaningful moments in one another’s lives, and have clearer ways to get involved when it matters most.

What is the Southern Circle of Support?

Southern Circle of Support is a centralized way to share opportunities where employees can show up for one another. This may include:

• Community events

• Fundraisers

• Moments of need or celebration

• Opportunities to give back or get involved

At its core, this initiative is about connection and awareness—making it easier to support colleagues and their families during the moments that matter.

A Note on Participation

There is no expectation or obligation to participate.

This is simply an open invitation—if and when something resonates with you. Whether you choose to get involved or simply stay informed, both are equally valued. The goal is to create space for connection, not pressure.
