Salesforce Sign In Update ‼️
- 1 min read

We're improving how you sign in to Salesforce. Soon you'll log in using your company email address and password, the same credentials you use for your email/Outlook, instead of a separate Salesforce password. This is called Single Sign-On (SSO), and it means one less password to remember.
What we need from you today (takes 1 minute):
✅ Make sure you know your company email password.
If you can log into your company email right now, you're all set, nothing else to do.
If you don't know it, aren't sure, or haven't logged in recently, please contact ITSOA today to confirm or reset it.

Why this matters: Once SSO is turned on, your company email password becomes your Salesforce login. If you don't know it on launch day (06/25), you won't be able to get into Salesforce until it's reset, so let's get ahead of it now.
We'll follow up with simple step-by-step instructions soon. For today, just confirm your email password is current and you can sign in.
