Every person who completes the form correctly will be entered into One Southern's monthly gift card drawing. We may also use your photos for internal/external marketing initiatives.

I received them :)

My goal is to use the photos on the homepage as a sliding photo gallery, on the production team page and occasionally in company wide blog posts or emails in an effort to help motivate others. Your personal stories are so wonderful, so please don’t feel like this is a substitute for our social page!

Each form is also sent to George and if he feels they meet outside marketing guidelines, may use them on our social pages!
