Open Enrollment for All Team Members - Coming Soon!

Hi Team,

It is that time of year again, Benefits Open Enrollment! For 2022, we are pleased to announce we are maintaining all 2021 plans .

We will have Anthem, Unum and our Insurance Broker on a Teams call 3/1/22 and 3/2/22 at Noon Eastern to go over the Open Enrollment and coverage questions. More details to follow that include the link by the end of this week.

We will again use our ADP workforce software to make our open enrollment elections and will have staff on hand in your location the week of March 7th through the 18th of March (Schedule of each location will be sent at the end of the week and posted on the Employee Break room).

Please review the steps below to complete the Open Enrollment process by the end of business on March 18th 2022.

Step 1: Log into https://www.workforcenow.adp.com/

• Username:

• Password: If you can’t remember your password, simply select “Forgot Password”

Step 2: Be sure to check your address and personal information for accuracy before clicking on the Begin Enrollment link

Step 3: Begin and follow guided enrollment instructions

Step 4: Logout following the enrollment confirmation

This year, Sissy Murrah- Insurance Broker, will be available, virtually and by phone, on March 1 and March 2nd from Noon to 1 PM Eastern to answer any questions you may have about the benefits available to you.

As a reminder, enrollment will close on 18th of March. Please note: even if you are waiving coverage, you still need to log in and complete the enrollment process.
