"Good morning, Gentlemen.

Hope this communiqué finds you all well.

Just wanted to take a few minutes to let you know Joseph did an amazing job coordinating the efforts coupled with our home project! My family passed awesome feedback on to me. We appreciate all his hard work and all his efforts in putting our together and ensuring that everything ran smoothly culminating in success.

I really appreciate Joseph putting in the extra effort during this busy time. I know that staying late and working Saturday isn’t easy, but we truly value his hard work and presence during performing the final touches. Joseph’s positive attitude and drive have helped us all feel motivated during this stressful time after waiting for a year.

Whenever I had questions about anything coupled with the project, Joseph always had and or researched the topic in question for me.

Joseph’s overall results and interactions with us and his team are exceptional! Every part of the reveals he cares a lot about the work and makes every effort to do it correctly and excel.

Joseph also showed strong leadership skills dealing with all the material logistics, scheduling, etc., and making certain all facets were correct and on time. His ability to work across teams and departments and with customers is a strength not everyone has (his soft-skills are wonderful). I’m very impressed with the way he works in unison with all. Seeing how Joseph is always seemingly on top of his projects, I can clearly see that he can grow into a leadership role with Southern Industries. I really appreciated how he used check-ins to keep me up to date on during these difficult the project. It would have been easy for important details to slip through the cracks, but thanks to him, that didn’t happen.

Overall I’ve now that there have been some very challenging days, weeks and months last year and this year due to the COVID, a broken supply chain and personnel shortages, all force ma·jeure. It’s incredible how Joseph has managed to keep things running smoothly despite the added obstacles, demonstrating optimism in the face of uncertainty and setting the tone for the rest of his team. Change management is not easy. He always seems to take time in the chaos of things to recognize customers questions and or doubts and exceptionally well, and spread the good vibes to his team amid the uncertainty of change. I really value his hard work and perseverance while always displaying empathy.

Lastly, In today’s “toxic” economy (Conflict is inevitable, and understanding how to respond is critical), problem-solving is more important than ever before. Joseph’s great problem-solving deserves a shout-out so that it becomes more and more a part of your company culture.
