Augusta's LEAP participants hosted a meeting in which the office engaged in challenging conversations about our core values and how to find important information in the tools provided.
Through thoughtful planning, LEAP participants learned of the desire for improved cross-department communications to assist in providing quality service to our internal and external customers.
