The Customer Care Department at Southern Industries is delighted to introduce a new tool for us to use while in the field. We have created a Customer Care Request form on One Southern in order to streamline the important task of sharing information related to Customer Care.
The request form looks like this:
This form will go directly to the Customer Care Department, where they will review all of the details of the job and contact customers to find resolutions to issues and to answer related questions. This is a shared service among all locations and products!
You can find this form on One Southern. There is a shortcut on the page header, meaning you can access it on any One Southern page. You can also find it under "The Hub" menu.
Two minutes after you submit the form, each customer will receive a confirmation email, thanking them for submitting the information and communicating that someone from Customer Care will reach out as soon as possible. We hope this simplifies this activity for you!
