Get Ready for Paycom!

Paycom is coming!

I am so excited to announce that we are changing our HR and Payroll system. As of October 1, 2022, we will be converting from ADP to Paycom.

Paycom offers you more functionality and is much easier to use, especially using the Paycom App. The Paycom App allows you to navigate all areas of Paycom with ease. You will have 24/7 access to your HR information in the Employee Self-Service portal, where you can Clock in and out, see your PTO balances and request time off, enroll in benefits, and change contact information.

You will also be introduced to Beti, Paycom’s automated payroll experience. Beti allows you to manage your own personal pay data, review your deductions, change your withholdings and you’ll even be able to review and approve your paycheck before payday. Another exciting feature of Paycom is the FAQ section. Here you’ll be able to find answers to your most of your questions or post your own question that will automatically get directed to the appropriate person for the answer.

The Southern POD and Accounting teams are getting the system set up for use. Over the next week, you will hear more about Paycom and will receive invitations to training, which will begin the week of September 19th. ALL employees will be required to attend the Paycom training to learn how to access the system and the basic features. Keep a look out in your emails and check back on One Southern for more info.
