As winter wraps up (we hope!) and we look ahead to brighter days, it’s the perfect moment to pause and reflect on what made the season special. Snowy mornings, quiet evenings, family traditions, or even a new hobby picked up along the way—winter has a way of leaving us with stories worth sharing.

We’re inviting employees to share their favorite winter memory, photo, or hobby from the season. Maybe it’s a snapshot from a snowy hike, a beloved holiday tradition, a masterpiece from a baking spree, or simply a moment of calm that meant more than expected.

This is a wonderful way to connect with one another beyond our day-to-day work and catch a glimpse of how colleagues spent their time outside the office. After all, some of the best team bonding happens when we share the little things—old-fashioned storytelling included.
