I would like to thank all of you for your effort and resilience throughout the first half of the year. We have certainly been tested by supply chain issues, product restrictions, rising prices on everything we purchase to run our business, and a slowdown in customer interest to name just a few. Through it all, we have managed to continue to delight our customers with quality installs and more than keep pace with the business being sold. Amazing! A special thanks to all our Installation Professionals who are out there getting the jobs done and done right! While most companies have seen significant decreases in their sales, Southern Industries Home Improvements has remained consistent without seeing a decrease in sales volume for 2022.

Our main goal to complete by the end of the year is to continue to develop the P.O.D. so that we can attract and retain the best people by providing a first-class family environment for everyone working here at Southern. We also will finish our Customer Journey in Salesforce to provide our customers with excellent communication along every step of their project to ensure a great experience with our company.

I am continually amazed at how the people in this company can run into a problem, think through it, and find a way to get the job done. Please keep striving to improve yourself and your work environment, we appreciate all you do!
