Dear Southern Industries Team,
We would like to let all team members know that our Finance Manager, Merle Pieper, will be retiring from the company after over 18 years of service. We appreciate all that Merle has done to support her fellow coworkers and customers alike through all of those years, she is the ultimate team player.
Her final day with the company will be Wednesday, June 28th. Megan Snow and Melinda Baker will continue to provide support with the Finance function of the company with Merle's departure.
Thanks again for all you do and have done over the years. Enjoy your retirement!

So, one of the first voices I heard as a new employee was Merle, and ever since then when I had her voice on the other end of the phone I knew all would be good. So knowledgeable, so helpful, and sometimes brutally honest-and I appreciated every minute of it, especially the honesty! Bet of luck at the roulette table, or wherever you find happiness in retirement!
