Hi Team,

To help keep your inbox secure, our email system filters suspicious or spam messages into a personalĀ quarantine folder. This ensures only safe and relevant messages reach your inbox — but sometimes, legitimate emails may end up there too.

Here’s how you can access your quarantine and release messages as needed:

āœ… How to Access Your Quarantine Folder:

  1. Click this link:

    https://southernindustries.mxsnap.com/cp/my-q

  2. Enter your Southern Industries email address.

  3. Check your inboxĀ for a secure login link fromĀ noreply@mxsnap.com.

  4. Click the login linkĀ in that email — no password needed.

šŸ“¤ How to Release an Email from Quarantine:

  1. Once logged in, you’ll see a list of quarantined emails.

  2. Review theĀ Subject,Ā Sender, andĀ DateĀ of each email to identify any legitimate messages.

  3. To release a message:

    • Click theĀ ā€œReleaseā€Ā button next to the email you want to receive in your inbox.

    • Optional: ClickĀ ā€œWhitelist Senderā€Ā if you want to ensure future emails from that sender are not quarantined.

  4. The email will be delivered to your inbox within a few minutes.
