Here’s how you can access your quarantine and release messages as needed:

3. Check your inbox for a secure login link from noreply@mxsnap.com.

4. Click the login link in that email — no password needed.

📤 How to Release an Email from Quarantine:

1. Once logged in, you’ll see a list of quarantined emails.

2. Review the Subject, Sender, and Date of each email to identify any legitimate messages.

3. To release a message:

   • Click the “Release” button next to the email you want to receive in your inbox.

   • Optional: Click “Whitelist Sender” if you want to ensure future emails from that sender are not quarantined.

4. The email will be delivered to your inbox within a few minutes.
