If the work is done, the money should be in. Follow up on outstanding balances, confirm final walkthroughs are signed off, and get payments in before the books close Wednesday.

✍️ Finalize open sales. 

Circle back to every pending deal and every "let me think about it." Answer lingering questions, confirm paperwork is complete, and get contracts signed and submitted.

🏦 Shore up financing. 

Check on every pending application today. Chase down missing documents, resolve any stips, and make sure approved customers are fully funded so their jobs can move forward.
